Lorraine has been working in the field of health and nutrition for 10 years, specialising in the use of The B Pro Cardiovascular testing device – A Pulse CASP. She has been regarded as an expert in the use and teaching of this life saving device, an achievement credited to her by its developer Dr. Ting Choon Meng.

Working mostly in Ireland, we have also worked in America, France, Turkey and all across the UK giving lectures on nutrition whilst also working with individual cases with complex health issues. 

Lorraine’s qualifications include Nutrition, Dietetics, Life Coaching and B Pro Technician and Teacher.

Lorraine’s practical and day to day advice will guide clients easily through their individual plans helping them to achieve their health and well being goals.

Having been involved in Irish dancing all of her life, both competitively, winning numerous titles, and as a performer, she knows what it takes to achieve the maximum out of your body through nutrition and the right mindset. We have worked for the last few years with the Carey Academy of Irish Dancing. John Carey who took over lead role from Michael Flatley when he was just 17, he toured the world with Riverdance and Lord of the Dance as lead and is now one of the top profiles in the Irish dance world as a choreographer for Riverdance/Heart Beat of Home, whilst also running numerous dance schools across the world. We are brought in to work with the dancers in the field of nutrition, products and mind focus. During this time, we have been a part of numerous dancers achieving their goals of winning major titles including numerous world titles.
